At HOTPOOCH, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality dog essentials. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • If you are exchanging for a different item, we will provide a return shipping label for you.
  • If you are exchanging for the same item in a different size or color, we will provide a new shipping label.

Note:

  • Customized or Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Items bought on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
